Outdoor concerts at sunset at Hayden Homes AmphitheaterTwenty years ago, Jennifer Mucha was a real estate appraiser with a vacation rental property in Sunriver, Oregon. After owning that property for just six months, Jennifer discovered that she could provide the attention to detail that existing companies in the area lacked. And once she began managing the property herself, it seemed that everyone wanted her to manage theirs as well.
Jennifer spent the next ten years turning homeowners away – bringing on properties one by one, growing slowly and organically, and learning from the ground up. She knew from the start that she wanted to be different from everyone else out there, with high-touch hospitality and an echelon level of service.
Since its origin as a single home in 2004, Arrived has grown to include 75 properties in its home base of Bend and 260 across the company, including vacation rentals in Eagle Crest and Redmond, Hood River, Kauai, Oahu, Oregon Coast, Palm Springs, and Sunriver. Even with a large number of properties, Arrived maintains the feel of a boutique company, with on-site local teams and in-house maintenance.
Jennifer’s team is comprised of individuals who have been with the company for years, dedicated to providing service that’s a notch above the rest from beginning to end. Throughout all of their locations, the same ideal drives each team – to provide genuine hospitality that results in happy guests and happy owners.
In Central Oregon, just east of the Cascade Mountains and along the Deschutes River, Bend is a friendly town bursting with outdoor adventure.
